Job Title: Data Modeler
Location: Remote - USA
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data models at the conceptual, logical, and physical levels.
- Partner with business analysts, data architects, and developers to gather requirements and convert them into effective data model designs.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Use ERWin for data modeling and database design to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data mapping, integration processes, and database schemas.
- Establish and uphold standards for data modeling, including naming conventions and metadata management protocols.
- Enhance data structures to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and data integrity.
- Create thorough documentation for data models, data dictionaries, and data lineage to support transparency and future reuse.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data management and insurance domains.
Requirements
