About the Role:

We are looking for experienced Varicent Developers to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions using Varicent (IBM Cognos ICM). You will collaborate with business and technical teams to implement compensation plans, build data models, and optimize performance across multiple incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure Varicent ICM components, including workflows, calculations, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with business users to translate incentive plan requirements into functional Varicent solutions.
• Build and maintain data integration between Varicent and other enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, HR systems).
• Develop and optimize data models, ETL processes, and compensation plan logic.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Support month-end processing, troubleshooting, and report generation.
• Maintain documentation for all system configurations, logic, and integration processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3 6 years of hands-on experience in Varicent ICM (IBM Cognos ICM) development and configuration.
• Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and ETL development.
• Experience integrating Varicent with CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics) or ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday) systems.
• Proficiency in Cognos reporting or other BI tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of incentive compensation plans, sales operations, and data governance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
