Description:-
Note: This is a hybrid, mostly remote off-site. Candidate may be required to travel to the commission s headquarters on an as needed basis, mainly for the critical phases of the project, such as requirements gathering, solution confirmation, system integration testing, UAT, go-live, and hypercare. No additional travel expense will be provided. In addition to the PA ePATCH background check, PTC requires a National Criminal Background Check prior to engagement start.
Position Summary:
Client is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Analyst to perform many functions associated with the implement and support of UBOS. This position will end approximately at the end of the UBOS implementation project, 30+ months. The selected Candidate will perform the following duties:
- Lead workshops to gather and document requirements for new billing and revenue system to develop an Agile Product Backlog, including Service Blueprints, end-end flow, features, User Stories, Development Tasks, Test Scenarios & Scripts, and RICEFs.
- Lead workshops to introduce new end to end business processes for Order to Cash with new system
- Act as client liaison for all development and testing of all billing user stories through development, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Hypercare
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for all implementation-specific processes and procedures assigned
- Lead the testing of assigned functional systems
- Perform System Integration Testing
- Support User Acceptance Testing
- Create user readiness documentation
- Lead workshops for user training as assigned
- Design and perform integration testing to support business process transformation from legacy systems
- Create business process documentation as required
- Provide SAP-BRIM functional support through hypercare phases post go-live
- Provide root cause analysis and resolution for defects related to system and data issues
- Support business with billing validation analysis to ensure accurate data migration/conversions
- Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
- Lead and participate in project team activities for system work efforts related to enterprise systems.
- Work independently to accomplish the tasks and duties assigned
- Adhere to and follow all PTC standards, policies, and procedures
- Utilize various software and/or technology tools to perform job duties
- Perform tasks and other duties as assigned by the PTC.
Skills and Experience:
- 8+ Years: Billing and SAP BRIM on implementation projects of various sizes and subject matters
- 4-Year Degree
- 5+ Years: SAP-BRIM systems expert specializing in high volume consumption-based billing specializing in end-to-end implementations
- 5+ Years: Experience with end-to-end Order-to-Cash business process design and implementation, identifying areas for improvement
- 5+ Years: Experience leading workshops to document requirements and write functional specifications on multiple SAP-BRIM / FICA implementation projects
- 5+ Years: Experience with hands-on use configuration for pricing, rating, billing, and invoicing functions of SAP-BRIM CC, CM, CI
- 5+ Years: Hands-on use of configuration of dunning and collection methodologies of SAP-FICA
- 5+ Years: Automation Test process design and config for SAP-BRIM implementation
- 5+ Years: Experience with Agile Project methodologies and traditional waterfall project methodologies
- 5+ Years: Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft ADO Testing
