Job Details

Position: Sr. Test Lead - QA (Architect Level Position)
Location: 100% Remote | No Travel required
Rate: Depends on the Experience
Client: Healthcare Client - Colorado
Experience: More than 10+ years (having LEAD & ARCHITECT exp.)

Visa Status: Independent Visa's & EAD's ( Passport Number is mandatory, No submission without PP Number)

Domain Expertise: MMIS/MES, Healthcare Payer systems, Medicaid/Medicare systems, HIPAA regulations

Familiarity with writing UAT level test cases covering the Claims and payment processes for eg: Mass Adjustments, claims adjudication, claims corrections, rate setting etc.,
Ability to create required test data and articulate the test data needs
Experience in executing SIT and UAT test scenarios and test case development
Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices
Basic understanding of programming concepts and scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python)
Proficiency in test and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, XRAY, Zephyr, TestRail, QTest, ALM)
Strong documentation skills

IDEALLY, WE D LIKE:
5+ Years of Manual/Automated Testing Experience in a Medicaid Enterprise System/Public Sector Environment;
Deep understanding in test planning (including test data management) and test execution in complex application landscape as well as testing with external parties.
Must have strong understanding of Testing methodologies, SDLC and Agile frameworks.
Exhibit detailed-oriented Test plan and Test case writing skills.
