Presales Solution Architect (Public Cloud)

Education and Experience Level:
- Bachelor s degree in engineering with a Management degree (Desirable)
- Hyperscalar certified (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform/Oracle)
- At least 10 years of relevant experience associated with Datacentre Transformation, Cloud Modernisation, complex design planning, Migration, Solution, best optimal pricing, effort estimation and planning is essential.
- 6 20 years overall IT experience
Job Description:
You will be joining a team of Presales Architects associated with Hybrid cloud transformation. Responsible for providing technical/non-technical consulting & advisory services to existing customer. The team functions in both proactive and reactive mode with broad horizontal skill sets and a core competency in Virtualization Technologies, cloud transformations, GenAI and Data management. You need to be competent in key areas such as solution design, leading deep dive technical discussions, driving customer consolidation sizing and architecture advice, and conduct technology assessments to generate opportunities.
Day-to-Day activities will include:
- Demonstrate technical and advisory skills for customers, sales, and other consultants, and effectively communicate the technical and business message.
- Understand business requirements of customer base and be able to translate them into technical requirements.
- Leading deep dive technical and architectural discussions
- Develop end to end innovative solution proposals.
- Creating and providing key content for RFx responses
- Driving customer consolidation sizing and architecture advice
- Cloud Native Solution Development and integrate next Gen Market leading technology indicators
- Drive customer conversations and lead C-Level discussions.

Who We Are Looking For?
Solid experience of working on or involved in selling/solutioning large-scale Cloud transformation solutions. Having worked in roles where you have interacted with customers, domestic and/or international, is a big plus.
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure cloud architectures using cloud native services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful cloud adoption.
- Develop strategies for migrating on-premises workloads to the cloud.
- Evaluate and recommend the best-fit cloud services based on business requirements.
- Architect an enterprise-scale landing zone that adheres to best practices and security standards.
- Define governance policies, identity management, and resource organization.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native integrations with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
- Leverage serverless, microservices, and container-based architectures.
- Create compelling business cases for cloud adoption, considering total cost of ownership (TCO).
- Quantify the benefits of moving to the cloud.
- Implement and manage hosted cloud solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Write solution documents, statements of work (SOW), and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams.
- Work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
