Job Details
50% time for triage of issues + 50% test
Responsible for the initial investigation and triage of reported issues, as well as the execution of test plans to validate software functionality and identify defects within our RDKB-based systems. You will work closely with development and QA teams to streamline the issue resolution process and contribute to the overall quality assurance efforts.
Skills:
- Familiarity with the RDKB (Reference Design Kit for Broadband) ecosystem and its basic components.
- Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and diagnose issues.
- Ability to analyze logs and other diagnostic data.
- Experience in executing test cases and documenting results.
Good understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
