Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Oversee development and maintenance of staff competence where applicable.
  • Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
  • Lead regular meetings to set expectations, provide status updates, and resolve open issues.
  • Scope projects, develop implementation project plans, and manage change control processes.
  • Identify project costs, risks, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Set measurable project goals and monitor progress toward achievement.
  • Ensure project quality and consistency using project management best practices.
  • Manage project dependencies and critical path to ensure timely delivery.
  • Create detailed project documentation including test protocols, tasks, timelines, and budgets.
  • Conduct project post-mortems and share lessons learned for future improvements.
  • Contribute to policy and procedure development aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with production processes, quality control, and strategic planning.
  • Proficient with project management tools including MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.
