Job Details

Position: Service Desk Lead
Location: Alexandria, VA
Clearance Required: Secret

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of experience in helpdesk/desktop support (incident management, problem management, service request fulfillment, remote troubleshooting, hardware/software support, customer service)
  • 3+ years managing technical personnel (performance management, training, scheduling, workload assignment, coaching, conflict resolution)
  • 2+ years with ServiceNow and M365 products in a production environment (configuration and leveraging ServiceNow Incident Management, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online)

Certifications:

  • Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level II
  • Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II
