Role: SAP MM/IM Consultant with SCM and Brownfield or Greenfield Implementation

Location: Remote / 20% travel (around US)

Job Description:

SAP MM/IM Consultant

Minimum Experience: 6+ years

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing effective SAP Materials Management that meet client requirements. Participate in all phases of project life cycle from scoping to deployment and support.

Apply SAP Best practices in the solution design.

Follow SAP Activate methodology.

Analyze and understand clients' business processes related to supply chain management and propose enhancements using SAP MM/ IM.

Customize and configure SAP MM/ IM modules according to the project requirements.

Participate in the testing process to ensure that the systems are functional and meet client expectations. Propose solutions to optimize performance.

Collaborate closely with clients' personnel, including IT and business teams.

Guide Data migration and lead system cutover for SAP MM/ IM.

Provide training to users and offer ongoing support to ensure smooth operation post-implementation.

Maintain detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle for reference and compliance purposes.

Act as a liaison between the client and the technical team, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's in computer science, Supply Chain or related field.

Min. 6 years of experience in SAP MM/ IM, with at least 3 years in consulting roles.

Deep understanding of more than one SAP MM/ IM module and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.

Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes.

Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.

Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Proven ability to manage tasks and priorities within a project context.

Proved experience with SAP Activate methodology.

Experience with cutover and data migrations in MM/ IM

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

A master's degree is preferred.

SAP certification(s) in relevant modules.

Knowledge of additional SAP modules - Purchasing, PP

Flexibility to work outside regular business hours if necessary.

Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or training sessions.
