Job Details

We are looking for an experienced Facets Functional Tester with strong expertise across Claims, Membership, Billing, and Provider modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the US Healthcare (Payer/Provider) domain and a proven track record of leading teams, coordinating onsite–offshore efforts, and managing stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional and system testing for the Facets application.

  • Execute testing across Claims, Membership, Billing, and Provider modules.

  • Lead and coordinate teams, including onsite–offshore collaboration.

  • Provide clear reporting and engage effectively with stakeholders.

  • Ensure high-quality test execution, defect tracking, and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of overall testing experience.

  • Strong, hands-on experience in Facets Testing.

  • Expertise in Claims, Membership, Billing, and Provider modules.

  • Solid understanding of the US Healthcare Payer/Provider domain.

  • Strong leadership and team coordination experience (onsite + offshore).

  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to EDI transactions.
