ECM Analyst

Location: Northeastern United States Region

Description:
* The ECM Analyst will contribute to the development and execution of complex financial transactions and provide analytical support across a range of engagements.
* Responsibilities include preparing valuation analyses, conducting financial and credit evaluations, building and maintaining financial models, performing due diligence, preparing presentation materials for clients, and participating in transaction execution and business development initiatives.

Required Skills:
* Strong background in financial statement analysis and credit evaluation.
* Proficiency in building, developing, and maintaining advanced financial models.
* Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex financial and accounting issues.
* Experience conducting thorough due diligence for transactions.
* Skilled in drafting clear and compelling client presentation materials.
* Experience supporting the execution of live transactions.
* Ability to assist with business development efforts and support relationship-building activities.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $100000K-$110000K
