Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative features to enhance program capabilities.
  • Identify and define business requirements for future project features.
  • Utilize technology to optimize delivery processes and build strategic roadmaps.
  • Engage in biweekly reviews to analyze metrics and data for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with non-profit partners to understand their needs and gather secondary information to spot trends.
  • Work closely with tech teams to scope and execute projects effectively.

Skills

  • Over 5 years of experience in product management with a focus on developing business documents and managing roadmaps.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and experience with technology products.
  • Strong ability to interpret and utilize data for strategic planning.
  • Experience in creating requirement documents and prioritizing product features.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in non-profit, supply chain, operations, or transportation sectors.
