Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle CPQ Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team in delivering customized and integrated CPQ solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion and CPQ Cloud, with the ability to bridge technical and functional requirements effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure Oracle CPQ Cloud commerce processes tailored to unique client quote-to-order workflows.

  • Develop and maintain custom pricing rules, constraint rules, and other configurations to handle complex quoting scenarios.

  • Integrate Oracle CPQ with Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management) and legacy ERP systems via REST APIs.

  • Configure financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management) in alignment with CPQ workflows for a unified solution.

  • Create and maintain OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports to monitor performance and usage metrics.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional and technical solutions.

  • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle: configuration, testing, user training, go-live, and hypercare support.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to CPQ and its integration points.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of Oracle CPQ Cloud experience with strong techno-functional capabilities.

  • Proven experience in Oracle Fusion R13 especially with Financials modules.

  • Hands-on experience with REST API integration between CPQ and other systems.

  • Strong understanding of CPQ rules (pricing, constraints) and commerce process design.

  • Proficiency in OTBI reporting and data analysis.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with legacy ERP systems.

  • Oracle CPQ certification.

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum project environments.
