Title : Failure Analysis Coordinator
Location : San Jose, CA

Detailed Job Description:
- Act as a liaison between BU Engineering, Suppliers and FA team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Follow up closely with each stakeholder to ensure FA timelines are met.
- Manage and update FA case status efficiently in QMS (from FI to ship out) for timely analysis and resolution.
- Facilitation and Reporting, Ensure smooth and timely execution of Failure Analysis process and report findings in a clear and concise manner for customer reporting.
- QMS status update of component FARC cases, identifying overdue FARC reports from vendors, driving vendors (thru CE or otherwise) for obtaining FA reports, and work with component engineers, BU FA team, CM FA sites to identify component failure trends and recommended corrective actions.
- Utilize prior experience in hardware engineering to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Apply project management skills to oversee and drive FA to successful completion.
- Proficiency expected in data analysis/SQL/Tableau/Excel/Powerpoint skills , Knowledge of CDET tool good to have.
- Work with BU engineering to collect evidence (PPT/screenshots/logs) and update QMS attachments.
- Expected to work across time zones with global teams & vendors
