Job Overview

Senior Marketing Manager (CRM Team, Email Marketing, Business Tax) Intuit's TurboTax is growing, and delivering constant innovation in its quest to help customers prosper! This year, we'll be further expanding our brand-new Business Tax product and providing an even-larger set of solutions and services to the market. To support this new venture, the CRM Team is searching for an experienced lifecycle marketing leader in charge of driving CRM campaign strategy, and go-to-market activation for our Business Tax product across our owned marketing channels.

Qualifications

  • 4 + years of experience in email marketing best practices from contact strategy to creative iteration, from testing set up to result sharing.
  • Expert at drafting compelling campaign briefs, telling stories and developing best in class creative.
  • Keen understanding of the data undergirding CRM programs and enabling campaign orchestration and personalization.
  • Superior organizational, project management and communication skills -- this role requires hands-on management of campaign deployments, often under tight deadlines and high pressure, across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Versed with managing agencies and other stakeholders.
  • Experience with Enterprise-level or B2B marketing cloud solutions and CRM tech stack.
  • Builder with a bold vision on how to go to market efficiently and a decisive leader unafraid to make transformative ideas come to life.
  • Collaborator at heart who can operate in a large team and in a complex / matrixed and fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Help define CRM strategic plans and programs for the nascent TurboTax Business Tax products, closely partnering with business, product, and marketing partners to build cohesive end-to-end customer experiences.
  • Lead campaign activation, owning the management and flawless delivery of communications, across CRM channels (email marketing to start, with future expansion to mobile push, sms, and in product).
  • Deliver superlative 1:1 campaigns to customers, ensuring compelling story-telling, relevant content and best-in-class creative are present throughout our communications.
  • Articulate complex lifecycle campaign requirements (around journey/automation, personalization, test setup), closely partnering with CRM data and operations teams to ensure their proper implementation.
  • Closely collaborate with other CRM team leaders to ensure that, across all programs, coherent customer contact strategy is present, creative and process best practices are followed, and campaign priorities are properly established .
  • Report on campaign, channel, test, and installed base-level performance, partnering with Analytics as needed, and share actionable insights at different levels of the organization (leadership to business stakeholders.
