Job Description:
We are seeking a new talent to work onsite with our AMS team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the organization's PXM (Product Experience Management) program.
Responsibilities:
As the Technical Lead / Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to support and triage business process and application requirements.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Expert proficiency in Informatica Product 360 (PIM) is required. Advanced proficiency in Product Information Management (PIM) is recommended.
Intermediate proficiency in Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Master Data Management (MDM) is suggested, along with beginner proficiency in Product Experience Management (PXM).
Develop innovative application solutions that enhance user experience and meet client needs.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of applications to ensure functionality and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve application development processes.
Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment.
