Job Details
- Provide 2nd-level support for desktop and mobile devices
- Manage MDM environments (e.g., Intune, Workspace One)
- Maintain mobile device inventory and lifecycle
- Support help desk operations and ticket resolution
- Maintain and update workstation/laptop images and patches
- Assist with Windows 11 updates and Mac device management
- Manage Tanium environment for patching and asset reporting
Job Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in technical support
- Education: 15 credit hours in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field
- Experience supporting 200+ users, 2000 computers, and 800+ mobile devices
- Proficiency in ServiceNow
- Experience with MDM tools and technical documentation
