Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Portfolio Manager in coordinating and facilitating activities related to portfolio management, ensuring project are on track and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication tasks among teams, stakeholders, and the Portfolio Manager, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged.
  • Maintain accurate data related to projects within the portfolio, ensuring all required information is populated and up to date.
  • Represent the team in Workfront changes, field additions, or updates, ensuring the platform evolves to meet requirements.
  • Support Workfront forms, reports, dashboards and access requests to ensure the platform is effectively supporting portfolio management needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation related to portfolio processes, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including organizing and leading workshops or training sessions related to portfolio management.
  • Must have the ability to keep data and schedules at the appropriate level of confidentiality
  • Coordinate and lead Lessons Learned session after new process implementations.
  • Generate reports to track key performance indicators to provide insights for decision making.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in business, Information Technology (IT), Project Management, or related field of study.
  • Knowledge and experience in WorkFront Project Management software preferred, other workflow ticketing or project management software experience considered
  • Strong, demonstrable competency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with project managers and teams to support projects.
  • Experience with project planning, resource planning, work plan development and portfolio management processes
  • Experience creating project plans for IT projects within a Software Development Lifecycle framework, recognizing appropriate phase dependencies.
  • Must be able to work well within a team environment and have exceptional collaborative skills.
  • Must have strong organization, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Must be comfortable prioritizing and managing multiple tasks with minimal direction.
  • Must be service oriented with strong interpersonal skills with all levels of business and technical staff.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to gather and provide information effectively, regardless of audience.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to take direction, with minimal instruction, and produce high end results that will support team members.
  • Attention to details, especially under pressure.

Relevant Project Management, SDLC, PMLC and Agile certifications a plus
