Location: Charlotte, NC, Addison, TX, and Newark, DE


Work Arrangement: Hybrid


Client Industry: Banking


Duration:12-18 Months (Possibility of Full-Time Conversion)



About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Senior WebMethods Developer to join a high-performing technology team. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with WebMethods development, strong design skills, and the ability to build scalable, enterprise-grade integrations in a fast-paced Agile environment.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Design, develop, and implement large-scale integration solutions using WebMethods.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality integration services.

  • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.

  • Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with enterprise standards.

  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations as needed.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and technology teams.



What We re Looking For:



  • 7+ years of hands-on development experience in WebMethods (Integration Server, Broker, Developer, Trading Networks, etc.).

  • Strong background working in Agile/Scrum development frameworks.

  • Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale enterprise applications.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.



Compensation:


Hourly Rate: $60 $65 per hour


This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
