Experience designing and implementing scalable and secure Pega solutions
Proven ability to lead development efforts and perform code reviews
Expertise in:
Pega PRPC (Process Commander)
Pega Rules and Case Management
Application architecture and design using Pega
Good understanding of:
Performance tuning
Security best practices in Pega
Pega version upgrades and migration
Design and deliver enterprise-grade Pega applications
Develop and maintain complex business rules in Pega
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
Guide and mentor development teams
Perform technical reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
Create and maintain technical documentation
Support testing, deployment, and troubleshooting efforts
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with Pega innovations
Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA)
Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Senior System Architect (CSSA)
Comfortable working in a hybrid model
Available for day shifts
Experience in client-facing roles is a plus
