  • 9 12 years of overall experience in Pega Application Development

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Business Rule Development using Pega

  • Deep understanding of the Pega Work Model

  • Experience designing and implementing scalable and secure Pega solutions

  • Proven ability to lead development efforts and perform code reviews

  • Expertise in:

    • Pega PRPC (Process Commander)

    • Pega Rules and Case Management

    • Application architecture and design using Pega

  • Good understanding of:

    • Performance tuning

    • Security best practices in Pega

    • Pega version upgrades and migration

  • Design and deliver enterprise-grade Pega applications

  • Develop and maintain complex business rules in Pega

  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements

  • Guide and mentor development teams

  • Create and maintain technical documentation

  • Support testing, deployment, and troubleshooting efforts
