Job Description
As a Systems Analyst / Solution Architect on the Federal Aligned Support Team, you provide functional and technical expertise to our clients with the Oracle Health Electronic Medical Record suite of applications and products. Much of your time will be spent troubleshooting service requests, retesting workflows, resolving client incidents, and maintaining frontend and backend applications while creating documentation throughout the lifecycle of an issue. While performing troubleshooting via backend methods, you will capture log files, query tables, update database fields, and update servers. As you work with Oracle Health technologies, you prioritize your work and provide exceptional service and accomplishments to your team, internal stakeholders, and customers. Furthermore, as a Systems Analyst / Solution Architect, you will have existing solution/product knowledge in the Millennium EHR suite of applications. You will serve as a key knowledge resource within your team and help with the onboarding and training of new employees as well as other projects or assignments within the support organization.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $27.07 to $54.13 per hour; from: $56,300 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 support for Oracle healthcare solutions, including the Oracle Health Millennium Electronic Health Record, to internal and external customers.
- Troubleshoot application and system issues; document, escalate, and drive timely resolution in collaboration with technical teams.
- Perform incident analysis, root cause investigation, and contribute to long-term system stability.
- Monitor application performance and availability, and ensure SLAs are met.
- Collaborate with implementation and development teams to test and support new releases, patches, and updates.
- Train and support end-users and new employees on the effective use of Oracle healthcare tools and solutions.
- Support data quality initiatives, data extraction, and report generation for stakeholders.
- Maintain a proactive stance on knowledge management, documentation, and cross-training within the team.
- Engage in other projects or assignments on an "as needed" basis, under the direction of support leadership.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2-6 years of experience in a technical or application support role within IT or healthcare domains.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
- Experience in application/system troubleshooting/ healthcare, preferably with enterprise-level or clinical systems.
- Familiarity or hands-on experience with the Oracle Health Millennium (formerly Cerner) or other electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Strong understanding of customer support practices, with a user-first mindset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite per week at any Oracle hub).
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience working in healthcare technology or support for hospital systems.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework, ticketing systems, and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Exposure to SQL, data extraction, or healthcare reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or other enterprise cloud platforms.
- Experience in supporting or implementing solutions related to patient records, scheduling, or claims processing.
