We are seeking a skilled SCCM, VMware, and Network Engineer to manage and support enterprise endpoint management, virtualization infrastructure, and network operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring system availability, performance, security, and scalability across IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities SCCM / Endpoint Management-
Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft SCCM (MECM) infrastructure

Manage OS deployment (OSD), software distribution, patch management, and compliance

Integrate SCCM with WSUS, Active Directory, and Group Policy

Troubleshoot SCCM client/server issues and optimize performance
-
Manage endpoint security baselines and reporting
-
Install, configure, and administer VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter)
-
Manage virtual machines, templates, snapshots, and resource allocation
-
Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and health monitoring
-
Handle VM backups, restores, and disaster recovery procedures
-
Support virtualization upgrades and migrations
-
Configure and maintain LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, and switching
-
Manage network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
-
Troubleshoot network connectivity, latency, and security issues
-
Implement network security best practices (ACLs, VPNs, firewall rules)

Monitor network performance and ensure high availability

Strong experience with SCCM (MECM) administration

Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi/vCenter
-
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing & switching

Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy

Knowledge of network security concepts and firewall management
-
Scripting knowledge (PowerShell preferred)

Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
