Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a Full-Time Systems Engineer. In this role, you will work on Combat Systems development and test execution as an individual contributor in the International Weapon Systems (IWS) team, which oversees design, development, testing and deployment of combat systems on Land Based Test Sites and Navy Ships. The successful candidate will have knowledge or experience in Systems Engineering of Weapons Control Systems product supporting Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) and Anti-Air Warfare (AAW) programs to meet cost and schedule. Must be willing to travel and support off hours for lab events.
This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent.
Experience in Agile workflow environment
This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired skills
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills using data mining and data analysis tools
Experience with use of Unix/Linux, C++, Java, MATLAB, and/or Python
Experience in a lab environment
Radar/missile communication knowledge is a plus
Experience Git and/or GitLab
Must be willing to travel and support off hours for lab events

The base range for this position in New Jersey is $61,500 - $110,909.
