As an Oracle EPM Developer, you will play a key role in developing and supporting our Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform, including Free-Form cubes, Planning, Narrative Reporting, SmartView for Excel, Dashboards and related tools. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and team members to deliver solutions that streamline financial processes and exceed business expectations. This role is ideal for candidates with strong financial process knowledge, expertise in Oracle Free-Form solutions, and a passion for creative problem-solving.

How you'll spend your time:
  • Design, develop, document, and test technical solutions to meet and exceed stakeholder needs, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Build and maintain Oracle Free-Form cubes, calculation scripts, data loads, data exchange, and financial formulas to support business operations.
  • Analyze and integrate data from various sources to design and implement cloud-based solutions, documenting processes and validating outcomes.
  • Support and maintain production Free-Form databases and processes to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Enhance Oracle Planning and Narrative Reporting tools to improve financial reporting efficiency.
  • Drive process improvements by leveraging Oracle EPM toolsets to optimize workflows and reporting accuracy.
  • Act as a trusted resource and advocate for business partners, fostering strong relationships and delivering impactful solutions.

We're excited to talk with you if:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience using Oracle Essbase or Oracle EPM Cloud.
  • In-Depth knowledge of Essbase multi-dimensional data models and concepts.
  • Experience with production support and development which includes developing, deploying / scheduling jobs, as well as managing system security.
  • You have the following preferred skills / experience:
    • Oracle Essbase Cloud platform, including Planning, Narrative Reporting, Enterprise Data Management (EDM) or Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
    • Experience creating financial reports using Oracle Narrative Reporting or SmartView for Excel
    • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud for data load integration
    • Knowledge of Data Exchange (Pipeline) processes for moving data in cloud
    • Proficiency in Groovy or SQL for automating and optimizing EPM processes

The selected candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, including but not limited to work location, qualifications, and experience. The successful candidate will also be eligible to participate in an incentive plan based on company and individual performance.

Compensation Range:
$69,230.00 - $149,000.00
