Job Title: Senior QNXT Developer

Job Overview
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior QNXT Developers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in the QNXT Framework and a comprehensive understanding of Healthcare IT systems, particularly in Medicaid and payer systems. This is an exciting opportunity to support mission-critical healthcare technology initiatives, including claims adjudication and HIPAA-compliant transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of applications within the QNXT Framework.
- Build scalable and secure solutions using ASP.NET and the .NET Framework.
- Develop and optimize SQL Server database structures, queries, and stored procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with healthcare business needs.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data exchange and transaction compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Support troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on QNXT.
- Strong hands-on experience with QNXT Framework development.
- Advanced proficiency in ASP.Net, .Net Framework, and SQL Server.
- In-depth knowledge of Healthcare IT, including:
- Medicaid programs
- Payer systems and workflows
- Claims adjudication processes
- HIPAA EDI transactions (e.g., 837, 835, 270/271, 276/277)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working similar healthcare technology vendors.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Exposure to DevOps tools and practices for continuous integration and deployment.
