Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented Distributed Order Management (DOM) Configuration Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring and customizing distributed order management systems to meet the unique requirements of our organization.

Responsibilities:
Configure and customize distributed order management systems according to business requirements and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for order management processes.
Design and implement solutions to optimize order orchestration, inventory management, and fulfillment processes.
Develop and maintain configuration documentation, including functional specifications and system design documents.
Test and validate configured solutions to ensure accuracy and functionality.
Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues related to distributed order management configuration.
Stay current with new features and updates in distributed order management platforms and recommend enhancements or upgrades as needed.
Collaborate with vendors and external partners to implement integrations with other systems and technologies.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of [3] years of experience configuring and customizing distributed order management systems.
Proficiency in distributed order management platforms such as IBM Sterling OMS, Manhattan DOM, or similar systems.
Strong understanding of order management processes and best practices.
Experience with configuration tools and languages such as XML, XSLT, or Java.
Knowledge of integration technologies such as ESB, API management, and messaging systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies is a plus.
