Title : O365 Admin (Exchange Online) L3 Support Engineer
Location : Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey(onsite)
Max Rate :$55/hr on C2C
Job Title:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L3-level support for Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments.
- Proofpoint experience is must
- Should have good experience in Powershell and should be able to develope scripts for bulk operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to mail flow, mailbox access, transport rules, and Exchange Online Protection (EOP).
- Handle escalations from L1 and L2 teams, ensuring timely resolution within SLA.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Manage and support hybrid configurations (Exchange Online + Exchange On-Prem).
- Collaborate with Microsoft support for unresolved or critical issues.
- Monitor service health, usage reports, and alerts via Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Assist in migration projects (e.g., Exchange On-Prem to Exchange Online).
- Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide support during critical incidents.
- SharePoint and Onedrive experience will de added advantage.
Required Skills:
- Deep understanding of Exchange Online architecture and services.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for Exchange Online administration.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity federation (ADFS, SSO).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Outlook connectivity, OWA, MFA, and mobile device access.
- Experience with email security, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and anti-spam/anti-phishing policies.
