About the Role
We re looking for highly experienced Cram Developer.
In this role, you ll take ownership of analyzing, designing, and resolving complex issues within
the Cram CGISS application. You ll work with cross-functional teams to improve system
performance, enhance business processes, and support key outcomes that directly impact city
programs.
Key Responsibilities
Perform IT triage and resolve complex Cram CGISS application defects and production
issues.
Analyze business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Design, develop, test, and implement enhancements to the Cram platform.
Collaborate with other technical teams to assign and manage issue resolution across
various Cram components (rules, batch processing, application intake, etc.).
Participate in design and review sessions, clearly communicating technical concepts to
both technical and business stakeholders.
Conduct business process analysis and gap analysis to identify system improvement
opportunities.
Maintain technical documentation and ensure best practices in solution delivery.
Act as a trusted partner within the DCAS/DHS teams, showing ownership, initiative, and
strong problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
8+ years of professional experience with Cram CGISS and Outcome Management
development.
Proven experience in analyzing, defining, and resolving issues within the Cram CGISS
application.
