Description
Our Life Insurance client is looking to add Service Desk Technicians to support company growth here in the Des Moines Metro area. Service Desk Technicians should own basic knowledge of IT support in a team setting.
Service Desk Technicians are needed for a 3-Phase project to decommission, relocate, refresh, and modernize IT Infrastructure. Overall, the scope of this project is enterprise level maintaining, refresh and rollout for 1000's of devices.

Description

Service Desk Technicians are needed for a 3-Phase project to decommission, relocate, refresh, and modernize IT Infrastructure. Overall, the scope of this project is enterprise level maintaining, refresh and rollout for 1000's of devices.
Duties
- Tear down and set up workstations.
- Test cables and devices during decommission.
- Provide support with end of life builds.
- Refresh, Image and Rollout machines.
- Assist with IT inventory and asset management.
- Learn systems to break/fix, wipe hardware and decommission sites.
- Assist with purchasing bulk equipment orders.
- Support 2 offices local to Des Moines Metro.
- Test printers and assist with A/V setup.
- Work between hardware and handing the phones.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Shift & Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- Potential to work a couple of weekends as OT
- 1st shift core hours
- Federal Holidays off
