GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

• We are currently looking for a full-time Deployment Project Manager to join our Team.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working on medium scale hardware deployment projects.
• We are looking for someone with exceptional project management skills and a track record for setting and meeting customer expectations.
• This job will require highly detailed reporting for tracking progress of projects, day to day installs billing, as well as KPI and SLA reporting.
• As a deployment project manager you will be the primary point-of-contact for our customers.
• Project Manager in planning and delivering Company's solutions ensuring a timely and quality support services.
• This will entail timely communication with the Client PM as well as the creation and review of applicable KPIs and SLAs.
• You will work closely with a variety of internal and external teams to execute on project deliverables to customer sites throughout the North America.
• In this role you will track, manage and communicate progress on all projects including appropriate risk escalation.
• The project manager role is closely tied to company success as successfully completed projects have direct impact on both company revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction levels during the lifetime of the customer relationship that relies heavily on the project manager's ability to communicate, set, and maintain clear expectations with all stakeholders involved.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deployment - hardware/packages
Project Management with budgetary responsibility
Excellent communication and client-facing skills - verbal and written
Leadership, Analysis, and problem solving skills
Experience managing 3rd-party provider
PMP certification or equivalent experience; without certification, must have 7 years minimum experience
Excellent customer service skills
Problem Solving and negotiation skills
Experience and knowledge of IT equipment
Must have knowledge of IT and managing IT projects
Proficient with MS Suite including Excel, Access, Visio and Project, PowerPoint
Process mapping
Experience managing a monthly budget of $250K+
Must have current PMP certification or equivalent experience and/or education
