Role: Production Support Lead
Location: Warren, NJ(Remote)
Job Description:
We are looking for experienced L1 and L2 support Lead with strong expertise in Informatica IICS Snowflake and Oracle The role involves monitoring troubleshooting and supporting ETL pipelines and data integration jobs across cloud and on premise environments
Key Responsibilities
L1 Support:
Monitor IICS jobs task flows and pipelines
Perform initial triage of job failures and escalate to L2L3 as needed
Handle user access issues and basic configuration support
Log incidents and service requests in ticketing systems eg ServiceNow
Perform daily health checks and generate operational reports
L2 Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve complex ETL job failures and performance issues
Analyse data integration workflows involving Snowflake and Oracle
Debug IICS mappings task flows and parameterized jobs
Collaborate with development and DBA teams for root cause analysis
Support deployment and configuration of IICS assets and agents
Document recurring issues and contribute to knowledge base
Required Skills:
Strong Handson experience with Informatica IICS Cloud Data Integration Application Integration
Proficiency in ETL pipeline design debugging and optimization
Solid understanding of Snowflake data loading performance tuning SQL
Experience with Oracle databases PLSQL performance tuning data extraction
Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform
Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Jira
Strong analytical and communication skills
