Key Responsibilities:

• Incident & Problem Management:
• Serve as a primary point of contact for SAP S/4HANA Application Management Services/ AMS and Finance (FI/CO) and Finance4U-related incidents and service requests.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues within SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling) and the Finance4U solution.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose permanent solutions to enhance system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with technical teams
• Analyze business requirements for enhancements, new functionalities, or regulatory changes impacting S/4HANA Finance and Finance4U.
• Design, configure, and test solutions in SAP S/4HANA, specifically within FI/CO and Finance4U, ensuring adherence to best practices and system integrity.
• Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) objects related to Finance and Finance4U.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and new feature activations relevant to Finance and Finance4U.
• Provide expert-level support for all functionalities of the Finance4U solution, including regulatory accounting, reporting (e.g., FERC), real-time cost flow tracing, and asset accounting within S/4HANA.
• Understand the integration points between Finance4U and core SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, as well as other integrated modules.
• Guide clients on leveraging Finance4U capabilities for enhanced financial accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Provide ongoing functional support to end-users, addressing queries and providing guidance on SAP S/4HANA Finance and Finance4U processes.
• Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders.
• Monitor system health and performance related to Finance processes and Finance4U.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within the S/4HANA Finance and Finance4U landscape.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AMS processes and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for configurations, processes, functional specifications, and troubleshooting guides.
• Prepare test scripts and conduct testing for changes and enhancements.
• Effectively communicate with clients, project managers, and internal teams regarding incident status, resolutions, and enhancement progress.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

Mandatory:

1. Proven hands-on experience with the Finance4U regulatory accounting and reporting solution (preferably in regulated industries like Energy, Utilities, Rail, or Telecom).
2. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with core SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, including:

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
