Job Details

Role: IT Project Manager with Maximo CMMS
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ Months
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including milestones, action logs, and resource tracking.
  • Organize and lead project meetings; communicate progress and drive deliverables to schedule.
  • Compile and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Monitor and report progress of project phases and key milestones; identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure standard project management best practices and governance are followed.
  • Report and escalate critical issues or delays to leadership as needed.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including implementation checklists, site readiness reviews, and closure reports.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements:
  • 3 5 years of project management experience with a demonstrated record of successfully leading end-to-end IT or system deployment projects.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid).
  • Experience in manufacturing environments and/or CMMS or enterprise system implementations strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across diverse teams and regions.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize technical and business requirements clearly.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred but not required.

Expected Deliverables:
- Fully developed and maintained CMMS rollout plan

- Weekly status reporting and executive summaries

- Successful deployment of CMMS across designated manufacturing sites
