Sr. Systems Administrator [ 2 days on-site]
A technology-focused company with a staff count of 75 across two locations, one in a major tech hub in the southern U.S. and another in the Midwest, is on the brink of expansion.

The firm is in search of a Senior Systems Administrator/Engineer. The IT department already houses several professionals, and the position is a direct hire for the southern U.S. office. The role demands physical office presence 2x a week.
This position supports a critical 24/7/365 operation, including on-call duties once a month and periodic weekend maintenance tasks. Visits to the data center are also part of the job requirements. - A versatile technology expert capable of managing various projects seamlessly.
- Proficiency in Unix and Windows environments, with a preference for candidates experienced in Red Hat Linux, though familiarity with other Linux distributions is acceptable.
- 7+ years distributed enterprise-class systems.
- Scripting skills in one or more languages specified in the detailed job description.
- A focus on process efficiency and competence in data center operations.
- Citrix NetScaler and load balancers
- Microsoft Certifications
- The ability to thrive in a smaller company culture and adapt to a variety of technology.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and working with systems of Fortune 100 caliber.
