Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle management of innovative hardware and software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the strategic vision for critical product lines while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development to uncover customer needs and whitespace opportunities.
Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with organizational goals and market demands.
Lead all phases of the product lifecycle, including concept development, design, testing, launch, and growth.
Define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with customer value and technical feasibility.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, and supply chain, to deliver high-quality products.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and scope to ensure on-time delivery within cost targets.
Oversee compliance, certification, and quality assurance processes for hardware and software products.
Create go-to-market strategies and collaborate with commercialization teams to drive product adoption.
Monitor product performance post-launch, leveraging customer feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience managing hardware and software products across their lifecycle.
- Strong technical expertise in hardware design, software development, or systems integration.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, product certifications, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools like Atlassian Jira.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to define and track key performance indicators.
- Certifications are a big plus - PMP, SAFe, CPM, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
