We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Lead / Technical Architect with a strong development background and a deep understanding of enterprise systems integration. This role is central to the success of our ERP implementation, requiring a hands-on technical expert who can assess, design, and guide the integration of multiple systems across a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead for all integration efforts related to the ERP system.
- Analyze and evaluate all systems that interface with the ERP to determine integration requirements and dependencies.
- Design scalable, secure, and efficient integration architectures using industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the full integration lifecycle-from planning and design to deployment and support.
- Document integration designs, data mappings, and technical specifications.
- Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Ensure integration solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and business goals.
- 6+ years of experience in technical architecture, systems integration, or software development.
- Strong development background with hands-on experience in Java, Tomcat, XML, and Oracle.
- Proven ability to assess complex system landscapes and determine what needs to be connected and how.
- Experience leading or contributing to large-scale enterprise software implementations.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative-no hand-holding required.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Legion Workforce Management implementation is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with enterprise ERP systems and workforce management platforms.
- Experience deploying integrations across multiple business locations.
- Knowledge of integration tools, middleware, and APIs.
