Interview Type: Skype *** Very long term project; initial PO for 1 year, expect to go for 4+ years ***Remote*** need 3 references

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

• Provide day-to-day project management support
• Create and publish project documentation, including project status reports, project schedules and plans, risks, issues and other documentation, as needed
• Plan for utilization of resources
• Meet with Management and Users to understand project goals and milestones
• Track Project milestones and deliverables throughout project life-cycle
• Provide and maintain detailed software/hardware maintenance documentation
• Act as liaison on behalf of OTS and in-scope agencies
• Create end user documentation and training as needed
• Provide technical knowledge transfer, training and documentation to OTS and DPS-LSP staff for all requested work, as needed

Expertise and or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in managing projects(IT)
• Government experience required and criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) and Law Enforcement technology projects preferred
• PMP certification
• CSM Certification
• SCRUM Master certification
• Managing large scale projects with many teams and stakeholders
