We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager with expertise in Business Intelligence (Power BI) Reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects related to BI reporting initiatives. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget constraints. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of BI reporting tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple BI reporting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and effectively allocate resources to meet project requirements.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with business requirements.

BI Reporting Expertise:
Utilize expertise with PowerBI reporting tools and technologies to design, develop, and implement reporting solutions that meet business needs.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in BI reporting, and recommend innovative solutions to improve reporting capabilities.
Collaborate with BI developers and analysts to define reporting requirements, data visualization techniques, and dashboard designs.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with key stakeholders, including business leaders, users, and IT teams, to understand reporting requirements and priorities.
Communicate project status, milestones, and key deliverables to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, and effectively manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance and Governance:
Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and governance processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments to evaluate project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience 8+ years in program management, with a focus on BI reporting projects.
Strong understanding of BI reporting concepts, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands effectively.
