Job Details
Job Title: Salesforce Architect
Location: Quincy, MA (Hybrid 2 3 days onsite/week)
Duration: 12 Months
Interview Process: Initial video/in-person, final round in-person
Candidate must be located in New England States only(Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture and technical strategy for Salesforce solutions (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions).
- Guide solution integrators, developers, and internal teams on Salesforce platform best practices.
- Architect scalable and secure integrations using APIs, middleware (MuleSoft), and ETL tools.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure compliance with architectural standards, and mentor team members.
- Define technical specifications, system documentation, and support SDLC improvements.
- Provide governance for notices and communications via the Common Noticing Solution (CNS).
- Monitor org health, system limits, and performance; offer biweekly status readouts and recommendations.
Required Skills:
- 12+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, BULK), CI/CD, Git, and Agile delivery.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with MuleSoft, OpenText, Kubernetes, IAM/PAM solutions.
- Familiarity with AWS hosting and PHI/PII/SSA data security standards.
- State government health system experience is a plus.
