Job Title: Agile Coach
Location: Remote
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Agile Coach to lead the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies across teams and departments. You will work closely with product managers, scrum masters, developers, and leadership to build a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach and mentor Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other frameworks) on Agile best practices, principles, and values.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops including retrospectives, PI planning, backlog grooming, etc.
Guide organizational transformation to Agile practices, including DevOps and Lean principles.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align Agile adoption with business goals.
Design and implement training programs for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members.
Evaluate Agile maturity levels and implement improvement roadmaps.
Help remove impediments and improve team dynamics and delivery flow.
Monitor metrics (velocity, throughput, etc.) and support data-driven decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of IT/Software Development experience, with at least 3 years as an Agile Coach.
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus.
Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with large-scale Agile transformation programs.
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile engineering practices.
Strong stakeholder management and change management experience.
Background in coaching leadership teams or business units.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic coaching style with the ability to challenge and influence at all levels.
Adaptability to different team dynamics and organizational structures.
