FS Angular, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Kafka

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a FS Angular, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Kafka in Westlake, TX.

Duties:
* Work with product management on requirements, decompose epics into stories, and deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations
* Build scalable, resilient, cloud-based systems aligned with our long-term strategy
* Provide outstanding support, including on-call support when necessary
* Mentor junior software engineers

REQUIREMENTS:
* B.S in Computer Science or related field; Or another combination of credentials and experience
* 7+ years of strong development experience in Angular, Java/J2EE and Spring Frameworks
* Proven experience of Angular, Spring Boot, Rest APIs, Messaging frameworks (ActiveMQ and Kafka) is a must
* Experience in Git and CI/CD pipeline is a must
* Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes
* Experience with or willingness to work in Agile operating methodology
* Strong Understanding of the SDLC and Test-Driven Development
* Exemplary collaboration skills working with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects and Software Engineers
* Very good communication skills with ability to do internal demos and presentations
* Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code
* Experience with Calypso is a strong plus
* AWS experience in services like EC2, EKS, RDS, S3 is a strong plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
