You'll provide guidance and advice to AppleCare leadership on today's problems and also suggest solutions and strategies to position AppleCare to meet the demands of tomorrow's problems.

Key Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of related experience in architecting and deploying solutions in machine learning, enterprise systems, graphical databases, or shared services systemsExperience architecting and deploying business solutions for high-visibility global projectsAbility and comfort in quickly distilling and identifying problems and providing clear and actionable solution options to senior leadershipExcellent leadership and influencing skills Deep knowledge of systems and business processesProficient in business process flow diagrammingBoth IT and Business experience desiredSelf-motivated and pro-active with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities Ability to travel up to approximately 10% of the time (mainly US)

Provide clear and actionable advice to our partners and stakeholdersProactively provide innovative solutions that improves the agility of AppleCare and allows us to stay ahead of an ever changing landscape Build and cultivate relationships with key business and IS&T partnersPerform high level systems impact analysis for new business initiativesPartner with IS&T and business partners to provide systems and solution roadmaps that drive efficienciesServe as a leader within the BPR organization and drive continual innovation within BPRPropose and implement strategic AppleCare organizational initiativesKeep up-to date on the newest technology solutions to enable the generation of innovative ideas to tackle business challengesBe inquisitive and have a desire to learn more about new technologies and how they work and improve upon legacy systemsAbility to navigate through ambiguity and bring consensus toward an actionable solutionPerform Requirement/ Functional Detailed analysis to deliver End-to-End Solutions in collaboration with multiple business, engineering and cross functional teams

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Pay & Benefits

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $168,500.00 and $253,600.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
