Pay Transparency
The base pay range for this position is $90,400.00 - 120,400.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 10% performance bonvariable incentive compensation/equity. This posting is expected to close on August 14, 2025, or thereafter.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Define and control production process including tooling and equipment. Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment. Includes Manufacturing Engineers.
- Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.
- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
Required Qualifications
- For roles in USA - Associate's Degree in an Engineer field from an accredited university or college OR a High School Diploma / GED with at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial field
- Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing, maintenance, repair or services environment
Eligibility Requirements
- Willing and able to work extended shifts, weekends, and holidays when needed
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be able to work off-shift occasionally based on business needs
- This position is 100% onsite at the GE Richmond Service Center
