Job Title: Cobol Programmer
Location: Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH; Hybrid

Job Summary:
We are seeking a technically skilled Cobol Programmer to support our transition to a new vendor platform. This role involves working with legacy systems and modern cloud technologies to ensure a smooth migration of reports, data, and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mainframe technologies and experience with AWS and data transmission protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the migration to new vendor products and platforms.
- Utilize transmission protocols and Amazon Web Services (AWS) for data handling and integration.
- Define and convert reports using Systemware and other tools.
- Execute various conversion activities, including data mapping and validation.
- Develop and maintain ad hoc reports as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Must-Have Technical Skills:
- JCL (Job Control Language)
- COBOL (Batch & Online)
- DB2
- File Transmissions Experience
- Bachelor's Degree*
Preferred/Flex Skills:
- Eztrieve
- FileAID
- Systemware experience
