Description
Work hours 7 - 4pm
Job duties: This person will be hired on as a Tier 1 Support Technician. There are a lot of software and hardware fixes, replacing monitors, printer fixes on DHCP and getting IP address and printed off the network and replacing printers. Responsible for daily phone support, hardware deployments supporting rollouts and refresh projects. Will work with new hires to help onboard with IT equipment. They will work from the ServiceNow ticketing system to respond to requests, support walk up users, respond to MS Teams messages. They will meet and support users in the plant as needed.
Technologies / experience: W10 moving to W11, imaging, Active Directory, DHCP, MS exchange, Azure, SW and HW troubleshooting, Customer service.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
