Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Domain & Process Analyst with deep exposure to the Private Equity (PE) domain. The role involves analyzing and optimizing processes, supporting digital transformation, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

  • Key Responsibilities: Domain Expertise
    • Provide deep insights into the private equity landscape, including fund structures, investment cycles, and portfolio management.
    • Track industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics affecting PE investments.
  • Process Analysis & Optimization
    • Map, analyze, and improve end-to-end PE processes (deal sourcing, due diligence, portfolio monitoring, exit strategies).
    • Identify inefficiencies and recommend automation or digital solutions to streamline operations.
  • Data & Research
    • Conduct financial and operational analysis on portfolio companies and potential targets.
    • Support due diligence efforts with data collection, modeling, and benchmarking.
    • Prepare dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders and investors.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Work closely with investment teams, legal, compliance, and finance departments.
    • Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to ensure alignment on tools and systems.
  • Knowledge Management
    • Develop and maintain knowledge repositories, templates, and best practices for PE operations.
    • Contribute to thought leadership and internal training on PE domain trends and tools.
