Title: Domain & Process Analyst- Private Equity
Location: New York, NY-Onsite (Full Time)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Domain & Process Analyst with deep exposure to the Private Equity (PE) domain. The role involves analyzing and optimizing processes, supporting digital transformation, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Key Responsibilities: Domain Expertise
- Provide deep insights into the private equity landscape, including fund structures, investment cycles, and portfolio management.
- Track industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics affecting PE investments.
- Process Analysis & Optimization
- Map, analyze, and improve end-to-end PE processes (deal sourcing, due diligence, portfolio monitoring, exit strategies).
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend automation or digital solutions to streamline operations.
- Data & Research
- Conduct financial and operational analysis on portfolio companies and potential targets.
- Support due diligence efforts with data collection, modeling, and benchmarking.
- Prepare dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders and investors.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with investment teams, legal, compliance, and finance departments.
- Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to ensure alignment on tools and systems.
- Knowledge Management
- Develop and maintain knowledge repositories, templates, and best practices for PE operations.
- Contribute to thought leadership and internal training on PE domain trends and tools.
