We are a fast-moving healthcare AI startup building ambient LLM agents to lighten the documentation load for clinicians. We need an engineer who can turn cutting-edge research into reliable, scalable, production systems.
What you'll do
- Architect, fine-tune, and deploy LLM + RAG systems for real-world use
- Build Speech-To-Text (STT) and ambient AI solutions that turn voice into structured data
- Own and drive the complete AI lifecycle, from raw data and prompt engineering to production deployment
- Work with clinicians to solve high-impact, real-world problems
What you bring
- BS in CS, Engineering, or related field (MS/PhD preferred)
- 3+ years of AI/ML engineering (Python, AWS, MLOps, Full Stack)
- Hands-on experience with Transformers, GPT-based, and/or diffusion models
- Bonus: RAG, prompt engineering, SFT, STT, or healthcare experience
- You move fast, ship often, and thrive in startup ambiguity
