Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with over 10 years of expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution delivery. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensure successful project implementation aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Translate business requirements into clear user stories, process flows, and system specifications.
Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC.
Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies to support business decisions.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
Develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans.
Support the QA team in validating test cases and ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Provide ongoing support for implemented systems, analyzing defects, and recommending enhancements.
Lead change management activities and ensure smooth communication between business and technical teams.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices and process improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Retail domains.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
Proven experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Excellent knowledge of process modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI).
Ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA is a plus.
Experience with data analytics, ERP systems, CRM platforms, or cloud applications.
Knowledge of UI/UX principles and API integration workflows.
