Job Details
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, Financial Services, Healthcare, or similar domains.
Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite, or similar.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
