Job Overview:

We seek a full-time IN-PERSON Sales Reporting Analyst to lead our sales analytics and competitive intelligence initiatives. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting sales and market data to drive informed decision-making and optimize our sales strategy. As a critical link between sales, marketing, product, and service, you will collaborate with all customer-facing departments to ensure seamless alignment, improve sales processes, and contribute to exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to enhancing overall business performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze sales and market data from both internal and external sources to gain valuable insights and support informed decision-making. Optimize sales strategies and drive business growth by examining sales data, identify key trends, patterns, and performance metrics.
  • Reporting: Create comprehensive sales reports, dashboards, and presentations that summarize key findings and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts based on utilizing historical data, market trends, industry projections, marketing campaigns, and sales activities.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate sales team performance against established goals and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Analysis: Analyze customer data to understand buying behavior, preferences, and satisfaction levels.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools: Excel, SQL, Sage, Python, or business intelligence software.
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and address challenges related to data quality, analysis, and reporting.
